Inside Brooklyn Beckham's Feud With His Family After Reconciliation Attempt

Tensions within the Beckham family appear far from resolved as Brooklyn Beckham reportedly ignored public birthday messages from his parents, David Beckham and Victoria Beckham.

Brooklyn celebrated his 27th birthday on March 4 but did not respond to social media tributes shared by his parents or by his younger brother, Cruz Beckham.

Parents Attempt to Reach Out

Despite the ongoing family tensions, David and Victoria extended what many saw as a public olive branch by posting birthday messages to their eldest sons online.

However, according to an insider speaking to Us Weekly, Brooklyn chose not to acknowledge the posts.

“Brooklyn ignored David’s attempt at getting his attention with that birthday post,” the source said. “He thinks it's just another way for them to save face with the public and that it didn't feel meaningful.”

The insider added that Brooklyn is still keeping his distance and is currently not in touch with his parents.

Birthday Celebrations With Nicola Peltz

Instead, Brooklyn reportedly spent the day celebrating privately with his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, and close friends.

The Bates Motel actress shared glimpses of the celebration on Instagram, including personalized donuts spelling out “Happy Birthday Brooklyn” and photos from the couple's birthday gathering.

“He had a lovely day celebrating with Nicola, and she made him feel special,” the source said. “He is not letting any of the nonsense bother him.”

Ongoing Family Rift

The reported distance between Brooklyn and his family follows comments he previously shared on social media criticizing what he described as the Beckham family's focus on public image.

In a post, I have suggested that the “Brand Beckham” sometimes comes before family relationships and expressed frustration over issues involving support for causes important to him and his wife.

While David and Victoria appear to be making efforts to reconnect publicly, insiders claim Brooklyn remains hesitant to mend ties for now, suggesting the family rift may take time to heal.
